Melissa will take photos as you progress and after results are acheived. Your progress will be documented in photos. Nice! (A shot of her is below) It's not unusual for folks to diet with little exercise for weeks and lose some pounds but then the pounds, plus more, come back on. Exercise not only encourages success and makes loss more efficient but it introduces the element of "fun" to the process. Fitness IS fun! If you're not enjoying most of your exercise then you've not discovered the fitness-activity for you. This is were Melissa is indispensable!!
